Is Microsoft Security Essentials sufficient/capable enough for ...?

for comprehensive anti virus, anti spyware, malware protection?

Preferably including:
identifying unsafe sites, detecting or blocking phishing sites,
if not preventing hackers from eavesdropping and stealing information as you type,
and offers good support. and can find if not fix problems.

What pros and cons are there with MS Security Essentials?
Is it really/actually that good, or only partly?
